Our Guarantee

We guarantee that our lists are 95% deliverable. This is better
than the industry standard of 93%. We will refund that portion
of returned mail over 5% at $.39 per returned piece. In order to
qualify for a refund, you must send all returned mail back to us
at 2005 Palmer Ave., # 197, Larchmont, NY 10538 within 60
days of receipt of your list.

CANCELLATION: Changes/Cancellations: All changes and
cancellations on monthly orders must be received by the 10th of
the preceding month. Notification after that date will result in
full rental costs. Cancellation after order is run is subject to full
rental cost.
